Diana has over 20 years experience working within the marketing services arena. Her role here has included a year as Deputy MD of Arc, and two years as Head of lime. Diana's area of specialism is retail marketing, but is now focussing on building an integrated approach across retail, shopper, promotional, digital and experiential. Prior to joining Arc, Diana launched and ran a specialist retail agency called Storm where she worked with many leading UK retailers.
Richard oversees all new business opportunities for Arc and lime. He has over 10 years experience within the marketing services and experiential field. During this time he has worked on many high profile campaigns for clients such as GSK, BlackBerry, EA, NFL and the NHS. Richard began his career working for Dynamo on their flagship account – Sainsbury's.
Michelle joined Arc in 2010 to lead the Kraft, Cadbury and P&G businesses. Additionally Michelle leads Arc's shopper marketing offering ensuring Arc is at the forefront of shopper thought leadership, insights mining, excellent creative and evaluation. Prior to Arc, Michelle held CSD roles at iris London, OWN&P San Francisco and BBDO Vancouver.
Ian's role as CSD includes responsibility for clients including Fiat and Halifax. Before this Ian spent nine years working at IMP, which went on to become Arc. He has also held senior positions at several respected agencies, including Proximity, Tequila and TBWA. Whilst at TBWA, Ian led the pitch for the GSK Consumer Healthcare that saw the agency being awarded the advertising for GSK's science brands, Alli and NiQuitin.
John has been a Planner since the early 90s. Starting out in advertising agencies, Euro RSCG, JWT and McCann Erickson, John then did a couple of years at a healthcare specialist Agency where he gained greater exposure to integrated campaigns across a number of different channels. He then freelanced, concentrating on Public Sector and Charity brand activation before moving to Arc a year ago. Favourite brands that John has worked on include: Nurofen, Special K, Cadbury's Crunchie, South African Airways (he originally comes from South Arica) and, Medecins Sans Frontiers.
Peter has over 20 years experience in creative agencies, having worked within direct response, retail and integrated agencies including Evans Hunt Scott, Carlson, Brann and Partners Andrews Aldridge at Engine Group. Peter has experience in delivering effective strategies for multi-disciplined integrated campaigns for clients as diverse as Sainsbury's, The Economist, Microsoft, NatWest, and many others. Peter is a CiM Chartered Marketer and has been a serving member of the SP&DR CAP Panel at the ASA for the last 10 years, advising the industry on issues of standards and self-regulation.
Garry oversees all of the work produced by our creative department. During his time here, the agency has picked up over fifty top industry awards including, most notably, a DMA Grand Prix, Mobius Digital Best in Show and Golds at Campaign Direct, ECHO, John Caples, MCCA Best and Revolution Interactive Awards. He is now a regular judge on major award juries such as DMA, Campaign Big and Meribel ad Festival. Garry is also a member of the D&AD, and an active supporter of the Young DMA's.
Over the years John has been involved in many award-winning campaigns for some of the UK's best-loved brands, including Kelloggs, McDonald's, Nestle, Batchelor's Foods and Walt Disney. He also has considerable international experience working on brands such as P&G Laundry and Max Factor. For six years, John ran his own agency winning business from the likes of Texaco, Polygram Records and Dairy Crest.
