Caron is the MD of LeoSports and has over 15 years experience within the sports marketing/sponsorship arena. She currently manages the department, as well as overseeing the McDonald's sponsorship business for UK, Europe and Global. Caron has excellent relationships within the industry and with leading sponsorship individuals. Previously Caron worked for many years in the Agency media business, responsible for media accounts such as Kellogg's, Bradford & Bingley, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Austin Rover, Bulmers cider and others. She was also Media Director on the McDonald's business.
Rob has over 15 years of sponsorship experience. He is currently responsible for the strategic development, including new business, agency growth and group integration. Rob heads up the sponsorship account work for clients including BlackBerry, Scottish Widows, Kellogg's, 188bet.com, and V. In addition, Rob leads the sponsorship account management for McDonald's on their grassroots and community football sponsorships in the UK. Previously Rob has worked on both client and agency sides and was Head of Sponsorship for Interbrew UK (Stella Artois, Heineken, Boddingtons and Rolling Rock) and 888.com, and retains extensive contacts with rights holders. Rob has a wealth of experience working across major events such as the Olympic Games and the Commonwealth Games, and has managed sponsorship programmes across numerous sports, film and music properties.
Diana has over 20 years experience working within the marketing services arena. Her role here has included a year as Deputy MD of Arc, and two years as Head of lime. Diana's area of specialism is retail marketing, but is now focussing on building an integrated approach across retail, shopper, promotional, digital and experiential. Prior to joining Arc, Diana launched and ran a specialist retail agency called Storm where she worked with many leading UK retailers.
Garry oversees all of the work produced by our creative department. During his time here, the agency has picked up over fifty top industry awards including, most notably, a DMA Grand Prix, Mobius Digital Best in Show and Golds at Campaign Direct, ECHO, John Caples, MCCA Best and Revolution Interactive Awards. He is now a regular judge on major award juries such as DMA, Campaign Big and Meribel ad Festival. Garry is also a member of the D&AD, and an active supporter of the Young DMA's.
