Diana is our MD and has over 20 years experience working within the marketing services arena. Her role here has included a year as Deputy MD of Arc, and two years as Head of lime. Diana's area of specialism is retail marketing, but is now focussing on building an integrated approach across retail, shopper, promotional, digital, and experiential. Prior to joining Arc, Diana launched and ran a specialist retail agency called Storm where she worked with many leading UK retailers.
Richard is our Business Development Director and oversees all new business opportunities for Arc and lime. He may not look old enough, but Richard has over 10 years experience within the marketing services and experiential field. During this time he has worked on many high profile campaigns for clients such as GSK, BlackBerry, EA and the NHS. Richard began his career working for Dynamo on their flagship account – Sainsbury's.
Sally joined lime in 2002 and is one of our Client Service Directors. She keeps herself busy on the Tesco account overseeing the account handling, staffing, field operations and support services teams. During her time here Sally has also worked on integrated accounts, including Halifax and Chrysler. Prior to joining lime, Sally worked in a youth marketing agency on clients such as Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline and Virgin.
Cressida is one of our Client Service Directors and heads up a team delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels. She has been working within the industry for a decade and has spent the last five years working at lime. Cressida has worked with a wide range of clients across a number of initiatives, these include projects for Sunny D, J20, Gordon's, Warburtons, Kraft, DFT, TFL and Crossrail.
Steve joined lime 2 years ago as our Head of Operations and has worked with every one of the agencies clients since. His role has included the introduction of a number of systems and processes to improve everything from budgeting to working with suppliers. Steve also manages the successful delivery of roadshows, exhibitions and live music events for clients such as Miller.
Steve has worked with many agencies during his career, working on promotions, in-store marketing, car launches, exhibitions, conferences and outdoor events in the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and USA.
Garry is one of our Creative Directors and oversees all of the work produced by our creative department. During his time here, the agency has picked up over fifty top industry awards including, most notably, a DMA Grand Prix, Mobius Digital Best in Show and Golds at Campaign Direct, ECHO, John Caples, MCCA Best and Revolution Interactive Awards. He is now a regular judge on major award juries such as DMA, Campaign Big and Meribel ad Festival. Garry is also a member of the D&AD, and an active supporter of the Young DMA's
Helping Garry keep control of our creative department (they're not that bad, honest) is John Jessup. Over the years John has been involved in many award-winning campaigns for some of the UK's best-loved brands, including Kelloggs, McDonald's, Nestle, Batchelor's Foods and Walt Disney. He also has considerable international experience working on brands such as P&G Laundry and Max Factor. For six years, John ran his own agency winning business from the likes of Texaco, Polygram Records and Dairy Crest.
