Diana has over 20 years experience working within the marketing services arena. Her role here has included a year as Deputy MD of Arc, and two years as Head of lime. Diana's area of specialism is retail marketing, but is now focussing on building an integrated approach across retail, shopper, promotional, digital and experiential. Prior to joining Arc, Diana launched and ran a specialist retail agency called Storm where she worked with many leading UK retailers.
Richard oversees all new business opportunities for Arc and lime. He has over 10 years experience within the marketing services and experiential field. During this time he has worked on many high profile campaigns for clients such as GSK, BlackBerry, EA, NFL and the NHS. Richard began his career working for Dynamo on their flagship account – Sainsbury's.
Sally joined lime in 2002 and her role as Client Service Directors includes responsibility for the Tesco account overseeing the account handling, staffing, field operations and support services teams. During her time here Sally has also worked on integrated accounts, including Halifax and Chrysler. Prior to joining lime, Sally worked in a youth marketing agency on clients such as Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline and Virgin.
Simon joined lime in 2004 as an account handler on the Tesco team. Throughout his 3 years on the account he managed the introduction of a number of new systems to enhance the offering and deliver increased efficiencies across the business. He then moved into Operations where he looks after the production and logistical elements of our campaigns and also oversees our 25,000sq ft warehouse operation in Swindon. Prior to joining lime Simon spent 4 years in promotional marketing, delivering integrated solutions for major health and beauty brands including Ambre Soliare, Garnier, Anais Anais and Savlon.
Martine oversees our experiential team. Martine has worked across a variety of clients such as Cadbury, McDonalds, Fiat, Pfizer and Miller. Prior to lime, Martine was at Sainsbury’s HQ within the sampling and demonstration team, where she managed own label sampling and branded sampling programmes and The Media Vehicle where she managed promotional space for both Tesco and Sainsbury’s experiential areas at front of store.
Jacqui joined lime in 2009 to manage new business on the Tesco account, negotiating with big name brands to encourage them to spend their budget running sampling campaigns in Tesco. Prior to joining lime, Jacqui has worked in a number of other brand activation agencies in both new business and account handling roles, with particular experience across a range of FMCG brands.
Garry oversees all of the work produced by our creative department. During his time here, the agency has picked up over fifty top industry awards including, most notably, a DMA Grand Prix, Mobius Digital Best in Show and Golds at Campaign Direct, ECHO, John Caples, MCCA Best and Revolution Interactive Awards. He is now a regular judge on major award juries such as DMA, Campaign Big and Meribel ad Festival. Garry is also a member of the D&AD, and an active supporter of the Young DMA's.
