All of us at Arc have chosen to work in a creative industry and this creativity defines who we are. Whether you are a copywriter or planner, art director or account manager you have to be able to address any issue that the job throws at you in a creative way. We’ve found that this creativity is linked to other characteristics too.
Our Green team is involved in encouraging recycling and managing our carbon footprint – with some success - We’ve just gained ISO 14001 accreditation for carbon measurement.
We participate in various community outreach programmes, with quite a few of us involved in the Reading for Schools programme at a nearby Primary school. We also support charities and contribute to a number of initiatives through ‘Leo Love’ and many of us have individual causes that we actively help.
We support our industry - and are active members of the DMA, MAA, IPA and the IPM.
Creative people love learning things and last year, we averaged 21 hours of training each on external and internal courses. Not surprisingly, the IPA has recently awarded us a CPD Gold Standard for the third year running.
